Your privacy and the confidentiality of your creative work are paramount. We handle your Screenplay Data with the high level of care. Specifically, we:

  • Use it ONLY to provide the service: Your script text is processed for the sole purpose of having it displayed back to you and converting it into an audio file as you have requested.
  • Do NOT train models with it: We will never use your Screenplay Data to train any machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
  • Securely process it with partners: For audio generation, we send partitioned, line-level text to our third-party partners.

Use of Your Personal Information

  • Fulfill and manage your orders: We use your information to manage your subscription, payments, and account access.
  • To enforce our terms and policies: For compliance and security purposes.
  • To respond to legal requests and prevent harm: If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.
